Who'd have thought it? That a Christmas staff BBQ in December would have been a success. Thanks to Darren's relaxed professionalism and superb food, it was fantastic. However, it is not just about the food, Big5 have catered for us before; it's the atmosphere and center point that Darren's 'African inspired portable kitchen generates.
